Ordering from the FPS West website is fun and easy.

FPS West inventories parts by their FPS part number. To find a part, you can browse by category or use the search option that is provided at the top of the left navigation pane. Be sure to read the part description to ensure that you order the correct part.

Shipping information

FPS West ships within 1 business day after we receive your order. You should receive your shipment within 7 business days. Most orders are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS). Large orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders are shipped from Seattle, Washington. With the exception of orders that include oversized parts, charges for orders that are shipped within the United States are based on the dollar amount of the order. Orders to be shipped by USPS require either a street address or a post office box address.

Overseas Orders

Shipping charges for overseas orders are based on total weight of the order. For this reason, the shipping charges are not displayed when you checkout. We will contact you within 2 business days, by e-mail or phone, to confirm your order and to provide you with information about shipping charges. You can also call 206-242-4888 for assistance with your order.

Orders to be Shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

If your order includes large parts, a surcharge may be added. We will contact you within 2 business days, by e-mail or phone, to confirm your order and provide you with information about shipping charges. You can also call 206-242-4888 for assistance with your order.
